Lorenzo kidnaps Ángela
Ángela disappears, and a desperate search is launched for her. It is revealed that Lorenzo has kidnapped Ángela and is using her as leverage against her mother, Leocadia. Lorenzo makes it clear that Ángela will only be safe if Leocadia agrees to let her daughter to marry Lorenzo. Leocadia agrees to Lorenzo's demands, and Ángela is released after days of imprisonment.
